About Us

Wild Bill’s Custom Baits and Jigs LLC was created in honor of my late father, William “Wild Bill” Smith. Starting at the age of 4 years old, my father introduced me to fishing. My father was considered in my eyes as one of the best fishermen, catching all different species of fish (crappie, bass, bluegill, catfish, etc).  His passion, however, was crappie fishing. In fact, he was considered a guru amongst his buddies; always asking him where the fish were biting and what he was using to catch them.  Now, that passion of fishing has been passed down to my brother and I, and we have learned to respect and cherish what our father has instilled in us. Here at Wild Bill’s Custom Baits and Jigs LLC., we take pride in what we do by offering the highest quality baits, and to help fellow fishermen catch those slabs.
