Damaged or incorrect products due to our error may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. All other refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.

Orders are shipped using USPS First-Class mail and usually arrive within 5-7 days. Orders that require more than one package will be charged additional shipping. Any orders that are placed after noon EST on Friday through the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday or the first business day.
